Why is this modern bookcase called Equilibrium? Because it seems to be collapsing but it isn’t. This funny piece of furniture was designed by Alejandro Gomez Stubbs for Malagana Design. The bookcase is made of modules of different sizes finished in natural walnut veneer, you may choose from white, celeste or graphite colors for the inside. Despite of its light construction, it can hold up to 168 pounds, isn’t that impressive? The bookcase is so convenient and may be placed anywhere – you needn’t endless bookends anymore. Such a piece would look great in any modern space, its design is fresh and funny.
